One amendment of the bill states that no child under the influence of a prescribed mind altering drug can be tried as an adult under mandatory guidelines.The ICFDA is pleased to support this petition and bill which will be presented to the South Carolina Legislature and eventually to the US Congress. Currently we are asking that anyone medicated while in the foster care system in the state of Iowa please contact us immediately here. The largest group of people forcibly medicated in America are the most vulnerable - foster children.
