Unfortunately, this mental health "education and preventative measures" is continuing to focus on new mother's. Sad that so many like you, new to having a baby and not knowing what to expect will be funneled through the profit meat grinder. Not many will be as stong a person as you are though. I am currently working with several other people who have lost loved ones to psych meds (my father) or have had other horrible, life-threatening and life-taking experiences with them.
