This article should more accurately be titled “Armed SUICIDAL Man Arrested Near Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s Maryland Home Came With Intent to Kill”
Now anyone in one of our groups knows which so called “medications” can cause both “suicidal ideation” or “homicidal ideation” & often both together. And I would propose the term “ideation” would more correctly describe these reactions as suicidal & homicidal “obsessions”. In doing so I refer you to a previous post on this reaction: https://www.drugawareness.org/antidepressant-induced-suicidal-homicidal-ideations-what-are-they/
The following is the statement by the Attorney General Merrick Garland, who clearly needed to attend all of the FDA hearings on the SSRI antidepressants held less than an hour from his office. And if he missed those hearings he can easily go to the YouTube channel for our group ICFDA to watch the patient’s reports of the suicidal & homicidal ideation caused by these drugs.
“This kind of behavior is obviously behavior that we will not tolerate,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said Wednesday…
My response to his reaction is “Well AG Garland if you are not going to tolerate this kind of behavior does that mean you will be demanding the ban of these antidepressants known to impulsively cause this type of suicidal & homicidal behavior at an even higher rate for those under the age of 25 as in this case? (You might want to verify which of the drugs known to produce this reaction this young man was either taking or had recently discontinued.) Surely if you are not going to tolerate this kind of behavior that would include ridding our world of these drugs known to produce such behavior, correct? Since when is it okay for a physician to prescribe such a deadly substance as to cause the taking of one’s own life or the lives of others as we have witnessed for three decades now in nearly every school shooting or mass shooting in this country? (I would gladly post that documented list of school shooters & mass shooters here for you but unfortunately the Facebook Fact Checkers, now funded by Pfizer, will not allow that fully documented link to be posted. Yet I can post this more complete documented list of 5000 cases from which you can pull those mass murder cases from here: SSRIstories.NET.)
This is not something this country has not seen before. It has happened before when Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical, manufacturers of the first of these SSRI antidepressants, Prozac, from which all the others have been cloaned from, when they developed a synthetic version of LSD for the CIA to use in their mind control program, MK Ultra. That drug, which the CIA used 80% of their initial budget to pay for, was subsequently banned about a decade later by Congress once the country woke up to what the CIA was doing with that drug.
And then once again Parke Davis Pharmaceutical obtained the approval of their dissociative anesthetic, Serenyl, better known now as PCP (The Peace Pill or Angel Dust). This is the drug so deadly no law enforcement officer I have ever spoken with ever wants to encounter anyone taking it as it has the reputation as the most violence producing drug ever. That drug was introduced as having a “large margin of safety in humans” yet it was judges & law enforcement who requested the drug be removed from it’s legal status due to the overwhelming violence it produces. The doctor, Dr. Edward Domino, who initially assured the world of its safety years later stated, “… if any of us involved in the early birth & development of this drug had known what we now know would we ever have ventured further? What have we wrought?!”
Yet with these so called antidepressants that actually work very similarly to LSD & PCP by increasing serotonin in order to produce hallucinations/psychosis, we did not have to wait nearly as long to hear such regret from the key individual behind their development. Dr. Candace Pert, whose research was used to make these antidepressants possible came out in TIME Magazine on the 20th of October of 1997 calling these drugs “monsters” & expressing her deep regret (see her statement below) that her research had been used to develop these drugs!
“I am alarmed at the monster that Johns Hopkins neuroscientist Solomon Snyder and I created when we discovered the simple binding assay for drug receptors 25 years ago . . . quote from Dr. Candace Pert:
“I am alarmed at the monster that Johns Hopkins neuroscientist Solomon Snyder and I created when we discovered the simple binding assay for drug receptors 25 years ago. Prozac and other antidepressant serotonin-receptor-active compounds may also cause cardiovascular problems in some susceptible people after long-term use, which has become common practice despite the lack of safety studies.
“The public is being misinformed about the precision of these selective serotonin-uptake inhibitors when the medical profession oversimplifies their action in the brain and ignores the body as if it exists merely to carry the head around! In short, these molecules of emotion regulate every aspect of our physiology. A new paradigm has evolved, with implications that life-style changes such as diet and exercise can offer profound, safe and natural mood elevation.”… Dr. Candace Pert
And Dr. John Virapen who worked for Eli Lilly in getting the initial approval for the first of these drugs, Prozac, via bribery to which he gave full disclosure of that before his death disclosing all the sorded details in a 2010 interview Dr. Virapen & I gave together in Orem, Utah with Dr. David Christopher, head of the School of Natural Healing:
“I indirectly contributed to the death of people, whose shadows now haunt me.”
Meet Dr. John Virapen – The Man Who BOUGHT Prozac’s Approval
Yet years later we continue to be plagued by these drugs. WHY? Why it is legal to have such deadly drugs on the market? And it seems to be never ending as the FDA has since already approved of a drug which is the direct offspring of PCP in the form of the street drug Ketamine (Special K). It seems only fitting to ask who needs the Mafia when we have the FDA?
Columbine victim Mark Taylor asked the FDA where they were when he got shot 6 – 13 times at Columbine by Eric Harris on Luvox (a drug now being prescribed for long Covid) He went on to say these drugs should be considered “accomplices to murder”! Here is his 3 min testimony before the FDA Advisory Committee in 2004:
Mark Taylor’s testimony before the FDA 9/13/2004
As you will see from all those cases guns are not the issue in these mass killings everywhere, but instead it is the mind altering/behavior altering drugs producing those obsessive thoughts of killing.
So we will all be waiting to hear your responses to our questions AG Garland.

Armed Man Arrested Near Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s Maryland Home Came with ‘Intent to Kill’: Police
A California man was reportedly carrying at least one weapon and burglary tools when he was arrested near the Supreme Court justice’s home

An armed man was arrested early Wednesday near the Maryland home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Nicholas John Roske, 26, of Simi Valley, Calif., was charged with attempted murder of a Supreme Court Justice, according to a press release from the U.S. attorney in the District of Maryland.
Two U.S. Deputy Marshals spotted the suspect getting out of a taxi with a backpack and a suitcase outside Kavanaugh’s home early Wednesday morning, according to an affidavit filed in support of the charges. Dressed in black, Roske looked at the marshals and then walked away before calling Montgomery County Emergency Communications Center, the press release says.
On the call, Roske allegedly said he was having suicidal thoughts and had traveled from California to Maryland to kill Kavanaugh, 57.
After arresting Roske and confiscating his backpack and suitcase, law enforcement officers allegedly found a black tactical chest rig and tactical knife, a pistol with two magazines and ammunition, pepper spray, zip ties, tools and other items, according to the press release.
The suspect allegedly told detectives at the Montgomery County Police Department he was upset about the leak of a Supreme Court draft opinion on abortion rights and the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, which killed 19 students and two adults.
Shiera Goff, a spokesperson for the Montgomery County Police Department, told The Washington Post, which first reported the arrest, that authorities believed the man “came in from out of state with the intent to kill” the justice.
“This kind of behavior is obviously behavior that we will not tolerate,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said Wednesday, according to CNN. “Threats of violence and actual violence against the justices of course strike at the heart of our democracy and we will do everything we can to prevent them and to hold people who do them accountable.”

Following the leak of a draft opinion indicating the Supreme Court will likely overturn two landmark court cases that guarantee abortion access nationwide, a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) memo obtained by Axios last month warned of an increase in threats of violence from extremists on both sides of the abortion issue.
Threats targeting justices, lawmakers and other public officials, clergy and health care providers “are likely to persist and may increase leading up to and following the issuing of the Court’s official ruling,” the memo stated, according to Axios.
Heightened security has been in place around the Supreme Court and its justices, with a fence up around its building in Washington, increased police presence outside the justices’ homes and beefed-up details accompanying any who have traveled since the draft opinion was leaked.
On Tuesday, the DHS issued a new bulletin warning of a growing domestic terror threat nationwide. The agency said upcoming “high-profile events could be exploited to justify acts of violence against a range of possible targets,” and cited the impending Supreme Court decision on abortion as an important decision.
“Individuals who advocate both for and against abortion have, on public forums, encouraged violence, including against government, religious, and reproductive healthcare personnel and facilities, as well as those with opposing ideologies,” the DHS bulletin released Tuesday said.
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan spoke out about Wednesday’s incident in a statement. “I call on leaders in both parties in Washington to strongly condemn these actions in no uncertain terms,” the Republican lawmaker said. “It is vital to our constitutional system that the justices be able to carry out their duties without fear of violence against them and their families.”
UPDATE: It has been confirmed he was medicated & has been in & out of psych hospitals.
