Angioedema – Bringing Attention to Rare? Blood Disorder?????

Traci before and after

TRACI BEFORE

I thought I would give you a glimpse of what the medical community and the media does to divert attention from antidepressant side effects and also to cover their behinds for lawsuits. This is the headline of the article in today’s paper about the young woman,, Traci Villaincourt, whose pics I posted yesterday along with information about antidepressant-induced angioedema.

Woman involved in Draper shooting brings attention to rare blood disorder

Here is one important statement from the article: “”We would hospitalize patients and often give them narcotics or morphine just to get them through the pain,” Jones said.

“Jones said that often patients become addicted to the pain medication prescribed for the disorder. King said that is what happened to her sister.”

The following is my comment that likely will not be posted:

“I would like to see the evidence that this disorder was “hereditary” [They said her father had it, but of course what I want to know is if her father, living in the state that has LONG had the highest use of antidepressants was on an antidepressant before being diagnosed with this “disorder” as well.] and not medication-induced which appears to be a major cause of the disorder. Do a Google search for “angioedema and antidepressant” and see what your first result is! Antidepressants have long been known to produce this.

“They have been giving pain killers for this “disorder”?!!!

“No wonder I have had so many over the years go from antidepressant addiction into pain killer addiction since this edema is such a common reaction to antidepressant use.

“It is NOT the edema that causes all the other issues you see with this woman – the crime and violence – it is is the effects of the drugs! That is what changes behavior and produces the physical damage you see.

“I posted all this on Facebook yesterday. Go read the comments from those who have similar pics to share in a before and after antidepressant scenario. You will see the same!!!”

If they can get people to believe this is an “inherited” “disorder” then they do not have to admit they caused it with the drugs they have given you – thus they are not liable legally. Which means you cannot sue them for doing this to you! That is all this is about! That and bringing in new customers dealing with the same reaction to their medication so that they can “treat” them for years for this “disorder”.

One of my close friends whose experience with Prozac first peaked my interest in the SSRI antidepressants changes so drastically in her appearance that I passed her on the street and had no idea it was her! She went from tall and thin and bubbly to short and fat and bizarre looking and dressing as well. Yes she too had all the bloating you see here.

Not listening to my warning that the cancer she developed on her ear would spread if she did not get off the antidepressants causing it that it would spread, she died a few years later of breast cancer produced by her antidepressants.

Appearance will tell you what is going on in the body! Pay attention to these changes in looks because they will tell you a lot.

This reminds me of another friend who went to a raw food diet and I saw her six months later. So shocked I was by her appearance that I asked, “Helen, how old are you?!”

She said, “I am 52.”

I then asked why she only appeared to be only 35! Of course I knew it was because her body had so little output involved in order to metabolize raw foods to obtain her nutrients as opposed to cooked and processed foods. The raw foods still have the enzymes necessary for metabolism intact. She was conserving energy previously used up in metabolism and thereby reducing the advancing of her aging process.

Have I personally made the change in my own life? No. I regret having to admit that because I know better. I have been at about 70% raw for some time, but have not been able to focus on it enough yet (too many of these antidepressant tragedies to deal with) to make the complete change. I am working on it though.

WARNING: In sharing this information about adverse reactions to antidepressants I always recommend that you also give reference to my CD on safe withdrawal, Help! I Can’t Get Off My Antidepressant!, so that we do not have more people dropping off these drugs too quickly – a move which I have long warned can be even more dangerous than staying on the drugs! The FDA warns that any abrupt change in dose of an antidepressant can produce suicide, hostility or psychosis. And these reactions can come on very rapidly! SHOCKING BENEFITS ON APPEARANCE OF STAYING PRESCRIPTION DRUG FREE!

Traci After

TRACI BEFORE MEDS AS A MODEL

Traci Vaillencourt After

TRACI ABOUT A DECADE AFTER MEDS

Several months ago I posted pictures of 12 year old Kara over about eight months that she survived on Paxil before taking her own life to show you the drastic changes in her looks over that period of drug use. Kara did not live long enough for us to see before and after pictures about a decade later. Today I bring you before and after pictures of Traci Lee Vaillancourt just about a decade apart which should be enough to let anyone know they never want to get started on these so called medications we refer to as antidepressants or any other serotonergic medication which is what nearly every pain killer out there is. All of them extremely addictive drugs that lead to more and more drug use.

Sunday in Draper, Utah, just south of Salt Lake City Officer Derek Johnson was ambushed after stopping to check on a car parked at an odd angle on the side of the road. Before he could exit his patrol car the man in the parked vehicle stepped out and pumped 5 – 6 bullets into the officer and his car. The officer was able to place a call into dispatch before running into a tree four blocks away as he passed out from his injuries and lost his life.

Responding officers found 34 year old Traci Lee Vaillancourt, pictured above, shot and in critical condition in the parked car along with the shooter who had shot himself. Above you see a picture of Traci before she was diagnosed with “Hereditary” Angioedema and became addicted to pain killers. The other picture was taken just months ago when she was arrested for shoplifting. What caught my attention was the edema – the most common thing I watch for in someone who is having adverse reactions to an antidepressant.

Angioedema is a blood disorder. But antidepressants produce fatal blood disorders. I had a friend who testified before the FDA Advisory Committee in 1991 on Prozac who told them her blood would be on their hands. She passed away, transfusion dependent due to that blood disorder, just a year and a half later. In fact if you do a Google search for “angioedema” and “antidepressant” the first result you will find is on prescription drug-induced angioedema showing antidepressants and other prescriptions to be the most widespread trigger for the “disease”. It can be triggered by pregnancy, surgery, and a whole long list of medications. In spite of that it seems that antidepressants are often prescribed to treat the disorder. And since edema is listed as a frequent side effect I would question WHY antidepressants would ever be prescribed for angioedema. Either way whether an antidepressant triggered it or her pregnancy triggered it … it seems the odds are high that she was given an antidepressant either before or after the diagnosis.

We have long documented that the use of antidepressants will often lead to the use of pain killers and illegal drugs. So I question what her drug history may have been especially considering she lives in Utah with such a high, high use of antidepressants. Is this yet another life destroyed by antidepressants? Most likely. Will I be investigating that further? Certainly.

But this has also made me realize that we need to do before and after pictures of those whose lives have been destroyed by antidepressant use – just as they do with charts of before and after pictures of those taking illegal drugs. I say that because Traci’s after picture is just much too common a look for those who have been on antidepressants!

Cher Bono reported to friends that she stopped Prozac because of the rapid aging antidepressants can cause. Seems that is nothing compared to what this young woman has gone through. But I have often wondered what Cher’s daughter Chastity, who is now her son Chaz, might have taken to go through such drastic changes in her appearance other than the drugs she took for her sex change. The hormones would explain the changes in sexual appearance, but there was also so much weight gain which is often the result of antidepressant edema.

But when you consider that antidepressants affect hormones so drastically that previously heterosexual patients are becoming homosexual on the drugs (and male fish exposed to them in the womb are being born with ovaries!) and the large majority of homosexuals are taking antidepressants the chances are fairly high that Chastity may have started on antidepressants before deciding to become Chaz.

ANTIDEPRESSANTS??? Suicide: Ariel Castro OH Man Guilty of Kidnapping 3 Women

Ariel Castro

ARIEL CASTRO FOUND DEAD OF SUICIDE IN JAIL CELL

Is this yet another high profile example of what is going on in jails and prisons with the massive use of antidepressants with no concern about FDA warnings of abrupt changes in dose? Was he or was he not on antidepressants to produce his suicide?

And if so, when did he began taking them? We do know he was on suicide watch after being arrested but had been taken off suicide watch. Was he given antidepressants at that time or had he been on them for years?

We do know that his 19 year old daughter, Emily Castro, was on antidepressants when she slashed her baby’s throat (http://www.drugawareness.org/antidepressant-daughter-of-cleveland-abduction-suspect-found-guilty-of-slashing-her-babys-throat/) and was found guilty … so we know that this is a group of drugs considered helpful by his family.

I know three young women and a little girl as well as the families of all involved who need answers as to when his use of an antidepressant might have begun. He said he had an addition to pornography that led him to do what he did to the three girls he kept in captivity. Was that addiction an aquired addiction or a nymphomanic reaction to an antidepressant?

What many are also not aware of is the practice of so many jails and prisons of taking a patient currently on an antidepressant and switching them to the antidepressant approved by their own particular facility. (What determines their leaning toward a particular antidepressant needs to be investigated for kickbacks in my opinion.) Or often a jail or prison will refuse to give them their prescribed medication for a period of time after their arrest. Yet the FDA has warned that any abrupt change in dose, whether increasing or decreasing a dose can produce suicide, hostility or psychosis. Or course the practice of switching antidepressants would magnify the risks because it would involve both the abrupt change of both an abrupt decrease of the current drug as well as an abrupt increase of the new drug.

The withholding of his antidepressant is what happened in the suicide of Don Lapre, the bubbly late night entrepreneur, who was awaiting trial over a vitamin multilevel deal that had gone belly up. But he committed suicide due to the abrupt change in dose by the jail in AZ. (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2045139/Don-Lapre-dead-Shirley-Cleveland-says-son-medication-taken-away-prison-guards.html )

No matter what opinion anyone has of these people who are incarcerated for various crimes or alleged crimes – crimes which may have been caused by toxic reactions to these very medications, what the jails and prisons are doing is wrong and they should be held accountable for wrongful death with the FDA warnings about this as clear as they are. This is a practice that must end.

TOXICOLOGY RELEASED: ANTIDEPRESSANTS AND NEWTOWN SCHOOL SHOOTING???

Adam Lanza

ADAM LANZA

ANTIDEPRESSANTS AND NEWTOWN SCHOOL SHOOTING???:

From the article below you will see that we are now hearing that Adam Lanza’s toxicology has been released and was clear for any alcohol, illegal drugs or prescription medication.

After tracking school shootings for two decades I will say DON’T believe it!!! Why? Take a look at this list again: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpFoivbZH1o&feature=youtu.be

… and here is the direct link to this list where you can read more on each individual case: http://www.drugawareness.org/ssri-nightmares/school-shootings

WITHDRAWAL: The report has no mention of withdrawal or the fact that the FDA has warned that any abrupt change in dose of an antidepressant can produce suicide, hostility or psychosis – all of which we witnessed on 12-14-12 in Newtown, CT. Thus, rather than dismissing the possibility of one of these drugs being involved it should open up even more questions about medical records that have not been disclosed.

NOT THE NORM: As you can see it is not the norm for a school shooter NOT to be on an antidepressant which is why I have learned to continue asking questions until all questions are answered.

TOXICOLOGY TESTING: What you need to know about toxicology tests is that they do not have tests for many newer medications. It takes some time for them to be developed. For instance when working with the family of the Amish school shooter in Lancaster, PA area we found that if we did not know WHICH medication we wanted them to look for that they could not test for it. His mother and I had wondered if someone at work or a friend might have shared with him something they felt had worked for them. (Happens all the time! Or they will even slip something into someone’s drink feeling they are helping them.) But with us having no way of knowing which of all the medications that might be they could not test him for an antidepressant.

GOOD INDICATION FOR TOXICOLOGY: Yet we had good reason to test for an antidepresant in that case. You see 85 year old Sarah Glick (who lost a relative in the shooting) owned a health store there and Sarah has long been a dear friend who greatly admires my work and has had me come and lecture there several times. Sarah called to let me know that the shooter had recently sent word that he wanted to come and try something natural for his depression “since nothing else had worked.” Well obviously anything else he had tried would not have been natural if he was wanting to come and try something natural after using whatever it was he had used previously.

PATIENCE: If there is one thing I have learned from these cases over the past two decades it is that someone somewhere knows the truth and sooner or later it will surface if you wait. I have learned patience. In one case it took over a decade to get the truth but thanks to one of our directors with the International Coalition for Drug Awareness we did. And no, that case is not yet on the list you see, nor are at least three other documented school shooting incidents which are missing from this list because I have not yet had a chance to add them due to so many new cases of antidepressant-induced violence coming in non-stop.

I Can’t Get Off My Antidepressant!, so that we do not have more people dropping off these drugs too quickly – a move which we have warned from the beginning can be even more dangerous than staying on the drugs!

The FDA also now warns that any abrupt change in dose of an antidepressant can produce suicide, hostility or psychosis. And these reactions can either come on very rapidly or even be delayed for months depending upon the adverse effects upon sleep patterns when the withdrawal is rapid! Intro to Columbine Victim Mark Taylor’s Fight for Columbine

Mark Taylor

Columbine Victim Mark Taylor

Mark was the first boy shot at Columbine High School when Eric Harris opened fire on April 20, 1999. Today is the anniversary of that tragic day. We have been working to produce a video to show what Mark has been doing since Columbine and where he is now. Below you will find an introduction of what we are putting together and should have available for you within the next couple of days giving you insight into some of the information about Columbine you never knew – especially surrounding Mark’s case against Solvay, the manufacturers of the antidepressant, Luvox, which Eric was taking when he shot Mark 7 – 13 times.

FROM OUR IRISH DIRECTOR: SOME MOTHER’S SON – IF SHANE COULD DO IT SO COULD YOU

600642 10151138898559702 173957850 n[1]

Leonie Fennel is our director for the International Coalition for Drug Awareness (www.drugawareness.com) in Ireland. She tragically lost her son in what the world would call a murder/suicide, But the inquest into his death ruled that Shane did not die of suicide, but it was due to adverse reactions from the toxic levels of one of the most deadly of the SSRI antidepressants – Celexa. By way of background you can find Shane’s story here: http://ssristories.drugawareness.org/archive/show.php?item=4137 in our database that Rosie Meysenburg & her husband Gene worked so hard to set up for us as a reference.

Ann Blake Tracy, Executive Director,

International Coalition for Drug Awareness

www.drugawareness.org & www.ssristories.drugawareness.org

I wrote an article which appears in the ‘health and living’ section of the Irish Independent today. I can’t find a link so will attach it in full here for anyone who’s interested. The writing is all mine this time, so for anyone who doesn’t agree…it’s all my work and I stand by everything I said. There was a paragraph missing to do with antidepressants and miscarraiges…I feel this is very important so I’ve left it in here. All stats were verified by Prof David Healy. Leonie

Are they mad or what?

The Irish Independent has asked me to write this article; Are they mad or what?

‘Mad’ is a word I am well used to hearing. Having lost my son in the ‘most’ tragic circumstances in 2009, I’m left as most mothers with a dead child are left: in cloud cuckoo land, extremely sad and just a little bit mad. In my case I’d say ‘more than a little mad’ but I don’t want to tar every bereaved mother with my madness brush. What is it with Irish people and their reluctance to talk about death and dead people? I have never heard so many people talk about the ‘dreadful’ weather; whatever you do, don’t mention that big fat elephant in the room. Most of the time I couldn’t tell you what day of the week it is, never mind what the ‘dreadful’ weather is like, but please feel free to talk about that big fat grey thing with the huge trunk; my son. He’s dead, not erased from existence, but don’t upset the ‘mad’ bereaved woman whatever you do! Say the wrong thing, by all means, but don’t pretend he didn’t exist and talk about the ‘dreadful’ weather! I can’t tell you how close some people have come to manual strangulation, simply by saying ‘it’s a lovely day’ or more likely ‘the weather’s terrible, isn’t it?’

Before I get shot down for using the ‘m’ word, I’d like to say that the so-called ‘mad’ people that I’ve met in the last three years are no madder than most of you, and definitely not I. Some of these people have been told that they have a ‘chemical imbalance’ of the brain; so in order to keep their brain functioning as it’s supposed to, they will need to stay on medication for the rest of their lives. These mad dysfunctional lot could teach the so-called ‘normal’ society a thing or two; mainly about kindness, compassion and a willingness to help others. They are also the ones who are shouting from the rooftops that the chemical imbalance theory is just that; a theory. For decades we were led to believe that depression was caused by low serotonin levels in the brain. There is no way, never has been, to measure serotonin in a person’s brain, and absolutely no evidence that low serotonin levels ever caused depression.

By way of background; my son killed himself and another young man in 2009. He was prescribed an approved SSRI antidepressant 17 days beforehand. I absolutely believe that these ‘mind altering drugs’ are killing people at an alarming rate. Professor David Healy (a world leading expert on these drugs) has said that the pharmaceutical companies, in a court of law, have no choice but to admit that these drugs can cause suicide. According to Professor Healy, “there are 20 more Irish suicides per year than there would have been and 20 extra Irish cases of violence per year that can be linked back to antidepressants.” So given that the SSRI antidepressants have been on the market for 20 years; that’s 800 extra cases of suicide and violence caused by antidepressants in this country alone.

A major ase involving antidepressant induced suicide/homicide was in the US and involved a 60 year old man, Donald Schell. This man was put on Seroxat [Paxil] by his doctor, not for any mental illness, but for anxiety; yet 2 days later he shot and killed his wife, his daughter, his 9 month old granddaughter and then himself. The jury found that the drug had caused him to become suicidal and homicidal and found the pharmaceutical company liable, in that case GlaxoSmithKline. There have been similar cases since, the most recent in a Canadian trial where the Judge found that an antidepressant caused a 16 year old to kill his friend. The Judge (Justice Heinrichs) concluded that the teenager was no longer a danger and that at the time of the killing “his mental deterioration and resulting violence would not have taken place without exposure to Prozac.”

Shane was sad, I know that; was that depression, no! Can these prescription drugs help with a broken heart or some other awful life experience? Can they un-break a heart or un-dead a loved one? No, but they can cause these terrible tragedies. From the time Shane was prescribed these drugs, he became very restless, which was very unlike him. He seemed to find it hard to stay in the one place for any length of time. What I didn’t understand until later was that this condition is called ‘akathisia’ and is known to be the precursor to suicide and/or homicide. Akathisia is an adverse effect which can be caused by these drugs and is described as ‘inner restlessness’. People suffering from this condition have described it as ‘a living hell’ and also that they would do anything to stop this feeling, including death as a welcome release. My son went from being well respected and loved by his lecturers, friends and family, to a person capable of destroying his own life and that of another human being in 17 days. Whether people believe me or not, matters little to me, as I cannot win either way. I can tell you this though: I knew my son inside out, and if it could happen to Shane, it could happen to you.

The level of ‘antidepressant’ prescribing has never been so high and yet the suicide rate is rocketing. Join the dots here if you dare and please don’t argue the recession point; I’ve heard it already. We’ve come through the famine, oppressive English rule, Centuries of emigration and barefoot children; for goodness sake, get a grip! The suicide rate has never been so high and the barefoot children are long gone; presumably dead from old age and natural causes, not by their own hand. Each year there is (at least) one antidepressant prescription per year for every man, woman and child in Ireland. If these drugs actually cure people; how come we once had less than 1 per 1000 of us depressed, and now it’s more than 1 in 10? In the year 2010 the cost of medicines in the health service was €1.9 billion. Have we all gone mad? Why do we need €1.9 billion worth of medication every year; were we all born with inherent defects that only the (billion dollar) pharmaceutical industry can fix? Wake up and smell the pharma coffee when you take that statin this morning! Is that antidepressant you just consumed keeping you happy or can you remember either way? Without doubt the most medicated Country in the world is the US; would it surprise you to know that the life expectancy in the US has fallen below that of Cuba?

In the latest revelation within the mental health arena (Oct 2012), the British Medical Journal (BMJ) published a paper which showed that the risk of suicide (in the first year of treatment) for schizophrenia is extraordinarily high. For schizophrenia generally, you are 10 times more likely to be dead at the end of the first year of treatment than you were 100 years ago. Did you read that? 10 TIMES MORE THAN 100 YEARS AGO! Professor Healy (one of the authors) said “the actual risks of suicide (in the first year of treatment) were 100 times greater than those of the general population.”

Also this week, to much fanfare it has to be said, Minister Reilly said a “very good deal” was made with the Pharmaceutical Industry, to cut the State’s drugs bill by up to €400 million. This he said would benefit patients and the taxpayer. Right; excuse the cynicism here but that’s €400 million over 3 years, which is equivalent to a saving of €133 million a year. What’s €1.9 billion divided by €133 million? The Pharmaceutical industry may find this as amusing as I do; laughing all the way to the bank.

It amazes me that drugs with adverse effects such as suicide, depression, aggression and birth defects can be licenced by the Irish Medicines Board and yet the ‘free will’ of the pubic to medicate themselves is taken away by the banning of herbal remedies. I doubt if my son would be dead as a result of consuming a large dose of ‘Echinacea’. While I realise that all prescribed medications come with side-effects, we in Ireland are not afforded the same level of warning that other countries are. For example, all antidepressants come with a black-box warning in the US which signify that these drugs can have serious or even life-threatening adverse effects.

Of course herbal medicines are not without controversy either; St John’s wort, which has similar properties to an antidepressant, was widely known in the farming community to cause miscarriage and birth defects in cattle. Farmers took steps to prevent this drug from coming into contact with their animals; yet pregnant women are afforded no such warning. 1 in 10 pregnant Irish women are on antidepressants, leading to about 40 extra babies with significant birth defects and 200 extra miscarriages each year. So in the last 20 years, antidepressants have caused birth defects in 800 Irish babies and 4000 miscarriages.

I’m not entirely stupid; I know that some drugs can save lives and there will be people who say “the drugs have saved my life”. Who will speak for the dead people though, do they have a voice? €1.9 billion worth of drugs? Surely I’m not the only one who thinks that this is the biggest wheeze of the 21th Century. The number of people requiring medication is increasing every year. Will we eventually face a world where the majority of the human race will be ‘a bit mad ted’ and will therefore be the new class of norm? It could be seen as ‘the’ miracle of the 21th Century, where the meds are cast aside as the now normal ‘mad’ people don’t need them anymore; let’s all embrace the madness. It would surely be interesting to see what subsequently happens to the pharmaceutical industry; spontaneous combustion? Or just a frantic scrambling to find a way to convince people that medicating the ‘normal’ is actually now in Vogue? The old tale of ‘be careful what you wish for’ springs to mind. Dreadful weather, isn’t it?

ANTIDEPRESSANTS??? JEFFERSON COUNTY MO MOM SHOOTS THREE DAUGHTERS & HERSELF

images[2]

Autumn & Alyssa Cochran,

with baby sister Faith Ehlen

death-row-2[1]

Christina Marie Riggs, Justin & Shelby

The St Louis Missouri Case

Lisa Cochran killed her three daughters by shooting them all in the head with a shotgun she had recently purchased before she shot herself with the same gun. She had gone to her ex-husband’s home & did this in his driveway. She was described as “mentally unstable” & had made multiple suicide attempts previously. Considering that description I would be very surprised to learn that she was not on an antidepressant or in withdrawal from one – especially with the strong presence of Pfizer in the St. Louis area who has long been busy turning the Kansas/Missouri area – the “Land of OZ” into the “Land of ZO”.

From the article below we read: “If the deaths are ruled murder-suicide, this would be the third time this year a mother in the St. Louis area shot and killed her kids before shooting herself.”…”You hear about one or two cases in certain part of the country, but this is happening all within the St. Louis area,” Dr. John Rabun, a clinical instructor of psychiatry at Washington University, said. “It’s uncommon for it to be so close in time in a close locale… It’s an anomaly. It raises eyebrows.”

I would say it is about time it raised eyebrows!!! If it takes three of these in a row in one local area to raise eyebrows we are really in trouble!!!! My comment on the first article below is in response to an attorney who had made the following comment immediately below about this shooting. I felt he was doing a great job of voicing everyone’s thoughts nationwide on these senseless tragedies:

The Attorney: “What in the heck is wrong with people? What an utterly selfish act if this turns out to be a murder suicide. Why kill the children and deprive them of a life? I don’t know if it is drugs like meth or antidepressants or what but you rarely heard of this happening years ago. Today it seems more prevalent. Maybe it is the reporting of these stories but my god, it seems like people have just lost their ever loving minds. Shooting a one year old in the head with a shot gun and your own kids………who does that? You don’t want to live fine, go jump off a bridge, but why commit such a horrific act on defensless children? I do not begin to fathom that level of narcicism. So you think what you will be a good mom in heaven? My god some people have lost their way in this world.”… Attorney Michael Parnas

My comment: “The hang ’em high attitude does not stop these tragedies, but only prolongs this nightmare! (And that is coming from the great great grand daughter of the mayor Tombstone during the OK Coral Days!)

“After acting as an expert witness in these cases for over 20 years I can tell you that you are right, people have lost their minds on meds – antidepressants that work like a slow fuse LSD or PCP. These moms are going gradually insane. Antidepressants produce REM Sleep Behavior Disorder where these moms act out their worst nightmare. Andrea Yates was the third nurse in a row to go to court in a three month period for killing her children on these meds. While she was in court a female physician on the same antidepressant stabbed her two sons.

“One of the two antidepressants Andrea was on at maximum dose has both homicidal & suicidal ideation (compulsive thoughts) listed as potential side effects. The company added that warning after one of their own employees, whose job it was to take adverse reaction reports daily on that antidepressant, Effexor, was killed by her husband on Effexor who also killed her daughter, her parents, & himself. Google ssristories where you will find 1000s of similar cases worldwide.” …. Ann Blake-Tracy

The Christina Riggs Case

We hope soon to find a good enough copy of the Leeza Gibbons Show on the subject of mothers on antidepressants killing their children to post on our www.drugawareness.org site. I appeared as a guest expert on that show along with Robert Kirkwood who had just lost his wife & two small children in an Effexor-induced murder/suicide like this Missouri case above.

Also appearing on the show was defense attorney John Wesley Hall Jr. & Carol Thomas, respectively the attorney for & the mother of Christina Riggs. Christina also appeared on the show via satalite from prison – a mother on antidepressants who killed her two small children & attempted to kill herself. The state of Arkansas finished Christina’s failed murder/suicide attempt when they executed her not long after the show. Ironically they used the same chemical she had used in an attempt to kill herself after she killed her children. Her last words were: “Now I can be with my babies, as I always intended” … Christina Marie Riggs

There are FAR TOO MANY of these cases to reference anymore! This nightmare of mothers on these so called “medications” taking the lives of their children must end!

“Ann, I just wanted to let you know from the bottom of my heart how grateful I am God placed you in my life. I am now down to less than 2 mg on my Cymbalta and I have never felt better. I am finally getting my life back. I can feel again and colors have never been brighter. Thanks for all that you do!!” … Amber Weber

“Used your method of weaning off of SSRI’s and applied it to Ambien. Took 6 months but had been on 15 mg for years so what was another 6 months. I have been sleeping without it for 2 weeks and it is the first time I have been able to sleep drug free for 15 years. What a relief to be able to lay down and sleep when I need or want to. Ambien may be necessary for people at times but doctors giving a months worth of it at a time with unlimited refills is a prescription for disaster. It is so damn easy to become dependent on. Thanks for your council Ann.”… Mark Hill

ANTIDEPRESSANT??? SIX DEAD AS MAN KILLS ANOTHER MAN RANDOMLY THEN KILLS WIFE, 3 CHILDREN & SELF

11076595-large[1]

Besides all the killing he apparently set his home on fire as well because the bodies of his wives & children had to be pulled out of the burning home. So there was arson, mass murder & suicide, random killing using a bat (baseball bats seem to be very common in antidepressant murders), extreme violence requiring much strength, it happened in the early morning hours, & was all done by a man who had no previous record of violence. It also took place in Oregon where there has been one of the highest uses of antidepressants in the country. So there is a long list here of symptoms of elevated serotonin – clues pointing to the involvement of an antidepressant.

Then the text he sent his father-in-law before killing himself is very odd indicating possible hallucinations of someone else doing the killings while he tried to stop them. “Please forgive me,” the text said. “They took control of my body and did it. I BEGGED THEM NOT TO BUT THEY DID. I’m so sorry.”

These killings also happened very quickly & are so very simjilar to the case out of England I posted just weeks ago where he stabbed his wife, father-in-law, two children, the wife’s friend & her child, before stabbing himself 40 times & slashing his throat & wrists 20 times. We know that was a Prozac-induced murder/suicide attempt. This is much too similar and a case that should be investigated for the involvement of an SSRI without a doubt.

ANTIDEPRESSANT??? Spanaway, WA Husband Confesses to Killing Wife & Daughter, Before Attempting to Kill Self

gLi3R.St

Dean Holmes in Spanaway, WA turned himself in this past Wednesday admitting that Tuesday night he had shot his wife multiple times while she slept. He then woke up his 11 year old daughter & her friend who was sleeping over. After dropping off the friend at her home, he then drove back toward his home while his daughter fell asleep in the back seat of the car. At that point he stopped the car, got out & through the back window shot his daughter multiple times. He then drove through a McDonalds for breakfast with his daughter’s body still in the back seat. After returning home he placed his daughter’s body next to her mother in bed & attempted to shoot himself. When he could not pull the trigger he drove to the police department & turned himself in.

Here is the comment I posted on this article in response to a friend of the family who had stated she could not understand because Dean appeared to love his wife & daughter so much.:

“Washington state is loaded to the gills with antidepressants! Do you know what these drugs do? They cause you to act out your worst nightmare & that is called a REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD). Of those being diagnosed with RBD 86% are taking an antidepressant. And of those suffering RBD 80% hurt themselves or someone else. If Dean seemed to really love his wife & daughter this would have been his worst nightmare. Someone had better start asking about meds! (By the way I was the expert in comedian Phil Hartman’s murder/suicide & their wrongful death suit has been settled by the makers of Zoloft.)”

ANTIDEPRESSANT: SIX DEAD: DAMIAN RZESZOWSKI NOT GUILTY IN MASS MURDER CASE

N0439001344860140469A[1]

This beautiful little girl is Kinga Rzeszowski (5) who was stabbed to death along with her mother, younger brother, maternal grandfather, friend & her friend’s mother by her father who then stabbed himself 40 times even to the point of collapsing one of his lungs, then slashed his throat & wrists another 20 times! A jury in the UK has just found him not guilty of murder, but guilt of the lesser charge of manslaughter. A day or two before the murder he had overdosed on antidepressants. Few realize that as the serotonin rises you have an LSD or PCP reaction because the body reacts to LSD or PCP as a rush of serotonin. They mimic serotonin. There is little difference when antidepressants force the serotonin level too high! Would anyone have been surprised by his actions had he been taking PCP? Of course not! But they remain CLUELESS when it comes to this similar effect with antidepressants!!! So clueless that he continues taking a cocktail of drugs in prison – a common theme in these antidepressant-induced tragedies.

After two decades of testifying & consulting in these antidepressant-induced violent murders & suicides it amazes me how absolutely ignorant the entire world remains, including the court system, to the connection & true cause of such incomprehensible violence!!! I have worked Columbine & MANY other US school shootings, comedian Phil Hartman & his wife’s murder/suicide & MANY more murder/suicides wiping out entire families, Andrea Yates’ case & MANY other mothers who have killed their children over the past 20+ years. Yet the courts & everyone else seem to continue to remain ignorant of the fact that antidepressants cause you to act out your worst nightmare in a sleep state called a REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD). Of those being diagnosed with RBD 80% hurt themselves or someone else & 86% of those diagnosed with RBD were found to be taking an antidepressant. It antidepressant is the single most common denominator in these cases, yet it seems the whole world is failing the simple math in this case!

How do the pharmaceutical companies keep these cases suppressed the way they do?! They have LONG known their drugs cause these tragedies. The large numbers of secret settlements remain hidden from the public so you are not aware how often they happen. Goggle ssristories to see a database of just a few all too similar cases. (Especailly note the Donald Schell case in Wyoming) So WHO is guilty of premeditation in this case? Do you really think Damian Rzeszowski was warned that taking an antidepressant could possibly cause this? NO! And few other patients have ever been warned either!

You can continue to cry for vengeance upon this man or any of the others instead of looking at the true guilty parties in this horrific tragedy, but mark my words … in doing so the cost may be your life or the life of a loved one someday soon.! This is a serious public safety issue! When is someone near you on an antidepressant going to slip into a toxic nightmare (literal nightmare of RBD) & include you in that nightmare?

Look how many times this man stabbed himself! even to the point of collapsing his lung! That cannot happen without this frenzied drug state! He had just overdosed on these drugs. Tragically, few are aware that the brain goes dead before the body in an overdose with antidepressants. Why was he released from the hospital before the full toxic effect of the rising serotonin hit him to cause this psychotic reaction?

WARNING: If you are taking an antidepressant you must know that it is more likely that this violent sleep disorder, RBD, is more common in withdrawal .So, weaning off an antidepressant MUST be VERY, VERY gradual (months or years, rather than days or weeks) so as to avoid this serious toxic reaction.
