PROZAC & 6 other drugs: Toxicology of Brittany Murphy, Actress: California

NOTE FROM Ann Blake-Tracy:

Why would anyone be surprised at this sudden heart attack in a
32 year old with this combination of drugs? This is far too similar
a combination of prescriptions that young healthy soldiers are returning
home on and dying in their sleep.

Brittany Murphy’s autopsy report is on LOCKDOWN!  The
list of prescription drugs that were found in the house were leaked to TMZ and
made public.  Included in the drug list that TMZ reported were Topamax,
anti-seizure medication, Klonopin and Ativan for anxiety and the pain relievers

Klonopin, Ativan, Vicoprofen, Hydrocodone.  Also,
depression medication Fluoxetine and hypertension medication
Propranolol.

TMZ received notes laying out the timeline of
Brittany’s death on Sunday morning.  The information was apparently
confidential and was not authorized for the media to publish.  The
investigators don’t know where the information came from or how TMZ got a hold
of the information.

TMZ would not say where the information was
obtained.

The investigators are not confirming that the prescription drug
list that was leaked is the same as to what they found at the house.  The
investigators are now searching for whoever leaked the
information.

Toxicology tests may take 4-8 weeks to confirm exact cause
of death.  For now, Brittany has died from “natural” causes meaning there
is not visual trauma to her body leading to her death.

ANTIDEPRESSANT: Overdose ruled as cause of Reading High student’s death

NOTE FROM Ann Blake-Tracy:

This case reminds me of a neighbor boy who attempted suicide after taking
Zoloft for about a month that he had gotten from his cousin without his parents
having any idea of what he was doing. When he ran out of the drug and found
himself in cold turkey withdrawal he made a suicide attempt. Because of his
suicide attempt they started him on Paxil with no idea how large a part
antidepressants had played in his suicide attempt. Of course with Paxil added to
the mix the reactions only began to worsen.
Anyway I mention his case to let you know that these drugs are so
widespread in use now that this young woman could have gotten these lethal drugs
anywhere and who knows how long she had been taking them?!

ZOLOFT & SEROQUEL: Multiple Drug Toxicity-Marine’s Autopsy Report Released

NOTE FROM Ann Blake-Tracy:

Yet another soldier’s sudden death is confirmed as being caused by
prescription drug toxicity. How many do we need to see before we stop this
madness of killing more of our troops with prescription drugs than we are seeing
die at the hands of our “enemies”?
This makes you wonder if we are really aware of who our real
enemies are when the fact is that we lose as many lives EVERY WEEK in this
country to “properly prescribed prescription drugs” as we lost in the 9/11
tragedy. We are in Iraq over a small handful of American deaths while
the mass prescription drug genocide continues on a weekly basis with the death
toll now approaching the 2 million mark just since 9/11 [without counting
the millions of deaths before that time and to add controversy to the issue –
with the jury still out on WHO was really behind that attack].
What was left out of this article are several critical points that
would help one to better understand how prescription drugs killed Cpl. Chad
Oligschlaeger –
#1 Antidepressants CAUSE as a side effect – flashbacks.
# 2 Antidepressants CAUSE as a side effect – horrifyingly violent and
very vivid nightmares.
#3 Antidepressants CAUSE as a side effect – all the symptoms
of Post Traumatic Stress.
#4 Antidepressants CAUSE as a side effect – mania and one form of
mania is known as Dipsomania which is described as an overwhelming craving for
alcohol.
#5 Antidepressants CAUSE as a side effect – suicide.
#6 Antidepressants often show up in autopsy as amphetamine.
#7 Zoloft, Seroquel and amphetamine/methamphetamine all increase serotonin
levels thus leading to the very strong possibility of producing Serotonin
Syndrome which causes death via multiple organ failure.
These facts will better help you to understand not only that the
prescription drugs killed Chad, but that they may have produced side
effects for which he was subsequently medicated with such a deadly combination
of drugs.

Autopsy report released in Round Rock Marine’s death

Chad Oligschlaeger is found to have died from multiple drug
toxicity.

The U.S. Marine Corps has released

the autopsy report for Cpl. Chad Oligschlaeger of Round Rock, who was found dead
in his room at the Twentynine Palms Marine base in California on May 20, 2008.

The report found that Oligschlaeger died from multiple drug toxicity.
His death was ruled accidental, according to the report.

The report

shows that methamphetamine and the antidepressants sertraline [Zoloft] and
benzodiazepine were found in Oligschlaeger’s system. Propranolol, a hypertension
drug used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder, and Quetiapine [Seroquel], an
antipsychotic medication, were also found.

“There were no surprises
there,” Eric Oligschlaeger, Chad Oligschlaeger’s father, said of the autopsy
results. “The prescription drugs killed him.”

Chad Oligschlaeger had
returned from Iraq in early 2006, unsettled by flashbacks and nightmares.

His parents have said that he was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress
disorder, and they have said that he was given prescription drugs to treat it.
But his family said Oligschlaeger was left unsupervised in military housing for
long periods after his second tour of duty in Iraq.

Military officials
have said that Marine policies prohibit commanders from discouraging mental
health treatment or leaving troops physically or mentally wounded troops uncared
for.

The Armed Forces Institute of Pathology would not comment on the
findings, citing confidentiality laws related to patient information.

“The biggest thing was he wasn’t drinking that night,” Eric
Oligschlaeger said. “And we got affirmation that he didn’t commit suicide.”

DEPRESSION MED: Heat Stroke: Death: Arizona

NOTE FROM Ann Blake-Tracy (www.drugawareness.org): I grew up in Arizona and can tell you that this was clearly negligent homicide, if not murder, whether she was on antidepressants or not. But the antidepressant use would have made her more susceptible to both dehydration and to the heat.

Another thing that should be noted is that since she had been treated for mental illness for years the Parkinson’s she was being medicated for was likely antidepressant-induced. Parkinson’s symptoms were the very first reaction ever seen with the use of SSRI antidepressants.

Paragraph five reads: “The report also turned up traces of medication in Marcia Powell’s blood for treating Parkinson’s disease and depression.”

Autopsy: Heat Killed DOC Inmate

Marcia Powell’s Core Temp. Rose To 108 Degrees, Report Says

POSTED: 4:39 pm MST August 31, 2009
UPDATED: 8:57 am MST September 1, 2009

PHOENIX — An autopsy performed on a state prison inmate who died after spending nearly four hours in the Arizona heat said it was heat exposure and dehydration that killed her.

Marcia Powell, 48, died last May, about 10 hours after she collapsed in an outdoor, unshaded holding cell at the Perryville prison in Goodyear.

Her body’s core temperature had risen to 108 degrees, according to the newly-released autopsy report.

The autopsy revealed Powell had first and second-degree burns on her face, chest and arms.

The report also turned up traces of medication in Powell’s blood for treating Parkinson’s disease and depression.

Department of Corrections Director Charles Ryan said at the time Powell was left in the cell nearly twice as long as she should have under department policy. He placed three officers on administrative leave pending a criminal investigation.

Ryan said Powell’s cell was 20 yards from a staffed control room from where corrections officers should have been watching her.

Powell arrived at the Perryville prison in August 2008.

Powell was placed alone in the cell while being moved to an onsite detention unit after seeing a prison psychologist. Ryan said a disturbance at the detention unit prompted Powell’s placement in the holding cell. He would not elaborate on the nature of the disturbance.

Ryan said officers gave Powell bottled water, as required under prison policy. Investigators will try to determine how much water she was given and whether she drank it.

Officers did not remove her after two hours as they should have done under department policy, according to Ryan.

“It is intended to be temporary,” Ryan said. “It is not intended to be a place where they are held for an inordinate amount of time.”

Powell had been in and out of state prisons and had a long history of mental illness, Ryan said.

Reporter Greg Gurule contributed to this story.

ANTIDEPRESSANTS: Murder-Suicide: Woman Kills Husband, 2 Year Old Son

How sickening that this horrific antidepressant-induced murder/suicide could happen right in the same city where a jury found eight years ago that ONLY TWO PILLS of the antidepressant Paxil were the main cause for Donald Schell to shoot his wife, daughter, infant granddaughter and then himself!

WHY DID THE LOCAL MEDIA ALLOW THE TRAGIC WARNING BY THE SCHELL FAMILY (AT THE COST OF SO MUCH INNOCENT BLOOD) TO LEAVE THE PUBLIC EYE LONG ENOUGH FOR ANOTHER SIMILAR TRAGEDY TO HAPPEN??????!!!!!!!!!! HOW LONG DO WE ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN AND DO NOTHING?! WHERE IS THE MEDIA RESPONSIBILITY TO WARN THE PUBLIC?! IS IT BURIED UNDER THEIR LARGE ADVERTISING ACCOUNTS FROM PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES?!

Sorry to shout, but people are dying horrible deaths and no one seems to care. After 20 years of witnessing so many senseless deaths you start shouting. PLEASE encourage your local media to warn of this possibility with these drugs. If they need more information have them contact me.

Some of the many prescription meds in Joy Hofer’s system were prescribed, some weren’t, surmised the coroner.

CHEYENNE – A woman who authorities say shot her husband and killed her 2-year-old son had a cocktail of prescription drugs in her system when she took her own life on July 24.

On Wednesday, the Laramie County Coroner’s Office released results from the autopsy performed on 31-year-old Joy M. Hofer.

In a toxicology test, forensic pathologist Dr. Patrick Allen found opiates, tranquilizers, anti-depressants and pain killers in the woman, according to the autopsy report.

Some of those drugs were in her blood at levels ranging from twice to potentially 1,200 times the therapeutic level, the report shows.

Laramie County Coroner Marty Luna said there were “high amounts of opiates and morphine” in her system.

“She should have been shut down,” he said. “I don’t know how she functioned.”

Luna said the woman did have some anti-depressants that were prescribed, and that she had a history of such medication.

“There’s no prescription for the (opiates and morphine),” Luna said Wednesday. “You can surmise she got it from other sources.”

Her husband, Kelly J. Hofer, 28, and son Gunnar Hofer, 2, were both found July 25 in at the family’s residence in the 4700 block of Hickory Place. Autopsies indicated Joy M. Hofer killed them.

Kelly Hofer died from a gunshot wound to the back of his head; Gunnar Hofer died from suffocation and strangulation, according to autopsies.

Luna has said evidence suggested Kelly Hofer died first, and that he and Gunnar died July 24.

Bruises were found on the child’s neck and face as well as lidocaine, an anesthetic or numbing agent, in his blood stream, an autopsy report shows.

The autopsy report for Joy M. Hofer said she suffered a gunshot to the right side of her head.

Cheyenne Police Detective Cathleen Trujillo said Wednesday that she is awaiting test results for gunshot residue kits and fingerprints from the state crime laboratory.

“When I have those, I’ll finish the report,” she said.

Luna said he is continuing an investigation into why this all happened.

“If I can get close to answering that question, then I want to do that,” he said
