FDA Recommends 18 to 6 to Approve Female Viagra, “Addyi”
The FDA has long proven it is the biggest, sickest, most tragic joke on the planet! It appears they will approve anything the drug companies encourage them to approve! After all most in the FDA go to work for pharmaceutical firms once they leave the FDA and who wants to have their future employer upset with them?
Now with this recommended approval of the female version of viagra and the full approval right around the corner on this drugs, all the woman who have no sexual desire left after burnout from their antidepressants can add this drug to the mix of drugs they are already on to see how many of them this new combo of meds will kill!
We now have besides this new one, Viagra, Cialis, Testosterone (Hitler gave that to his troops to make the lean, mean killing machines – the problem is it makes the brain lean as well!), etc.
Who would have ever dreamed that something similar to what we heard whispered about as kids (Spanish Fly) would actually be approved as “medicine” today! Of course we never really knew anything about Spanish Fly so I just did a Google search on it. Take a look at this info on and see if it does not sound similar to the warnings on common commercials we hear regularly on these sexual stimulant drugs:

“Cantharidin’s [Spanish Fly] prowess as an irritant had to be known by anyone… Ingestion, and even digestion, does not diminish its ability to irritate. As it makes its way out of the body, it irritates the lining of the urethra. In women, the irritation is externally unnoticeable. In men, it causes a great deal of swelling in the area. This translates into a long-lasting erection. Most likely, it is not a pleasant erection, [If you have heard of but that didn’t stop people in antiquity from giving small doses of cantharidin to bridegrooms, or taking a dose themselves in preparation for a special night. The poet and philosopher, Lucretius, is rumored to have died from an overdose of cantharidin from the meloid beetle.
Death is the down side of genuine spanish fly, and the main reason it’s much better to be sold a fraudulent dose than a genuine one. Even a minor overdose can lead to erections long enough to need medical intervention. [Priaprism*] Many more than that and people exhibit extreme abdominal pain, respiratory and heart problems, renal failure, bloody urine, convulsions, coma, and death.

*According to the Mayo Clinic Priapism – prolonged and painful erection, is a known side effect of a number of drugs including all of these ED drugs, antidepressants, atypical antipsychotics, blood thinners, and alcohol.
According to an NPR special this female Viagra drug, called Addyi, is a mind altering drug that shifts the balance of three key brain chemicals, increasing dopamine and norepinephrine and decreasing serotonin….whatever that means since they never seem to say if they mean any of these drugs is increasing the neurotransmitter itself or the metabolism of that neurotransmitter – totally opposite effects.
For instance with antidepressants they tell you the drugs increase serotonin yet lead you to believe you are getting the results of increasing serotonin metabolism. But according to medical research by increasing serotonin you can expect the opposite effect of what they are telling you to expect from these drugs.
