A WARNING VOICE FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE: Tonight February 8, 1990, 32 years ago now, one of America’s greatest Rock stars, Del Shannon, was murdered by Eli Lilly & their deadly SSRI antidepressant, Prozac & his doctor who lied to him about what he was taking.
After kissing his wife goodby as she left for the market, he walked back into his office, sat at his desk, put a gun to his head & shot himself after only 15 days on this deadly drug. This is the same amount of time doctors are now recommending that Prozac or one of its first clones, Luvox, be used at an even higher dose to treat the virus which has turned our world upside down the past two years!
Please share this with your loved ones so that they have this warning! As loving & caring a man as Del was, who often himself counseled those who were suicidal, he would want the world shouting this warning to everyone!
THIS DAY IN HISTORY REPORTS: Shannon shot himself in his Santa Clarita, California, home on February 8, 1990. Shannon’s widow would later file a high-profile lawsuit against Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of the antidepressant Prozac, which Shannon had begun taking shortly before his suicide. That suit was eventually dropped (And WHY are cases like this dropped? I know exactly why I believe it was dropped!), but the case brought early attention to the still-unresolved question of the possible connection between suicidal ideation and SSRIs, the class of drugs to which Prozac belongs.
