ANTIDEPRESSANT-INDUCED NIGHTMARE: JESSE JACKSON JR GIVEN 2 1/2 YEARS

JESSE JACKSON JR GIVEN 2 1/2 YEARS FOR ACTING OUT HIS ANTIDEPRESSANT-INDUCED NIGHTMARE

Jesse Jackson Jr. sentenced to 2 1/2 years for his antidepressant-induced nightmare. This is yet another travesty of justice as so many others have been that are going on in our court systems where people are being prosecuted for their medication-induced crimes. To see true justice drug company officials should be put behind bars for these medication-induced crimes rather than the victims of their medications!!

The attorney, as so many others have done and regularly do, tried playing the Bipolar card to win this case instead of showing what it really was – a drug-induced crime.

And the judge shows her ignorance of the entire case by adding that “as a public official, Jackson was expected to “live up to a higher standard of ethics and integrity.” On a mind altering drug that can cause mania such as kleptomania where you steal he is suppose to “live up to a higher standard of ethics and integrity”? … right! Why don’t you show us how it is done Your Honor! Someone pass her a Zoloft and let’s see how high a standard of ethics and integrity she can maintain after the drug pushes her into full blown mania so she earns her antidepressant-induced Bipolar label.

She also said that “Jackson’s actions could not be excused because of mental illness. He has been treated for bipolar disorder.” And that Your Honor is the point exactly … he has been treated for bipolar disorder with the very drugs that produced the mental illness in the first place AND the behavior for which you are now incarcerating him!

I get so upset with attorneys who rush to the psychiatric excuse of Bipolar Disorder for these crimes rather than learning that the crimes are drug-induced just as the Bipolar symptoms are drug-induced.

And then I get upset at the judges who buy into it all. One of the best judges I ever testified before was in an Arizona case. After hearing my testimony about the effects of Zoloft the judge turned to the defense attorney, who had already persuaded his client to plead guilty to his Zoloft-induced crime], and said, “Do you realize this Zoloft could have been used as a defense?!” Instead, because of the guilty plea, the judge could only use the information on Zoloft as mitigating circumstance and gave the man the lowest possible punishment he could which was still pretty terrible punishment. But the judges’ hands were tied at that point because the attorney did not listen to his client and use the Zoloft as a defense.

It is long overdue that this information on antidepressants and their potential to induce all types of crime be made more readily available to the court system!

If someone is slipped a drug in a drink that makes them go psychotic and they then do something under the influence of that drug … who is the responsible party? In the case of Frank Olson who was slipped LSD in a drink by his CIA colleagues and then became psychotic and jumped to his death who was found to be responsible? The ones who slipped him the LSD in his drink were.

It is long overdue that those responsible be the ones held accountable for these tragedies rather than continuing to punish those who have already taken a trip straight to the pit of hell by acting out their own worst nightmare because of these drugs we call “antidepressants.”

What a shame for Rev. Jackson and his family to see his son go through this. Their children deserve answers as well.

WARNING: In sharing this information about adverse reactions to antidepressants I always recommend that you also give reference to my CD on safe withdrawal, Help! I Can’t Get Off My Antidepressant!, so that we do not have more people dropping off these drugs too quickly – a move which I have warned from the beginning can be even more dangerous than staying on the drugs!

The FDA also now warns that any abrupt change in dose of an antidepressant can produce suicide, hostility or psychosis. And these reactions can either come on very rapidly or even be delayed for months depending upon the adverse effects upon sleep patterns when the withdrawal is rapid!
