This is yet another major piece of recently released information from a new study on on antidepressants & the serotonin theory which I have been shouting at the top of my lungs about for 30 years! Once again I say you heard it here first! I have stated very clearly in my book on these SSRI antidepressants- the Prozac family of drugs, “Prozac: Panacea or Pandora? Our Serotonin Nightmare!” & on our website & in my FDA testimonies that the serotonin hypothesis behind these drugs is NOT correct, NOT backed by research & are causing what we are being told these drugs will cure. It is what I have called the Big Serotonin Lie!

The Serotonin Hypothesis is Completely Backwards???!!!!!!

Now it will be interesting to see if they further admit that the serotonin hypothesis is not just wrong but is completely backwards. Serotonin is Not low in depression, anxiety, suicide, repeated suicide attempts, argumentative behavior, mania, violent crime, etc. Instead serotonin metabolism is low while serotonin itself is elevated! What is low is serotonin metabolism (the same as serotonin reuptake) – exactly what these drugs are designed to create! They are serotonin reuptake inhibitors! So they inhibit the metabolism of serotonin, kind of not much different than constipating the brain. So in fact the drug makers in promoting these drugs for 3 1/2 decades have produced an epidemic of all these things listed above related to elevated serotonin as well as many more horrific nightmares, by inhibiting serotonin metabolism & thereby boosting people’s serotonin levels even higher!

God help us all as we begin to fully face the nightmare they have created for us all to deal with & to understand WHO was behind it all as we work to help everyone rebuild what is left of their lives & their health!

Here I am explaining that Big Serotonin Lie to the FDA clear back in 2004!
