Lillyland, USA still referred to as Indiana. even though Eli Lilly has such control over the state, was the scene of this tragedy Saturday night. After tracking antidepressant-induced murder/suicides for 25 years I will tell you that you can count on this being one. There are FAR TOO MANY clues pointing to an antidepressant in this case, but chances are high that you will never learn what he was on because he was a doctor with easy access to meds and because of who controls the state of Indiana.
The clues????
#1 Doctors and nurses lead the way in these tragedies as far as one single group goes. Even the doctor from my hometown who helped me to adopt my daughter died this way after killing his wife on Eli Lilly’s Prozac in 1993.
#2 This case happened in Lillyland, even though it is still called Indiana.
#3 Nurses in that area have reported to me for years that drug reps are telling the doctors that they are in a very stressful profession and depression is sure to hit them sooner or later so because of that they should get started on antidepressants immediately. They estimated percentage was about 75%.
#4 As the toxic effects set in you will find arsenals accumulated along with the ammo, due to both the paranoia the drugs induce along with the homicidal ideation produced by the drugs.
#5 The doctor apparently had no qualms about killing in front of family, including a small child.
#6 Seems after drinking alcohol in celebration – NOT a good idea when on an antidepressant!!! even though the drugs themselves cause overwhelming cravings for alcohol – he began to suffer possible paranoia about her getting her hands on his money. Surely this had been discussed and settled before the wedding.
Our director for the International Coalition for Drug Awareness in Indiana works as an EMT there and has reported that all the calls they go out on involving suicide includes the use of an antidepressant.
Another issue this brings up though as you listen to the 911 calls and hear the responses from the dispatch is the high rate of dispatchers on antidepressants as well. Seems this dispatcher did not wake up to the dire emergency this was even after hearing the volley of gunshots that took the new wife’s life.
