NY Pharmacist Kills Wife & Sons Before Killing Himself
Abbas Lodhi had been a pharmacist for 2 1/2 decades, was happy, had just sold his business to spend more time with his children, he was doing well financially, had just sold his home as well and was planning on opening a new pharmacy when he committed this triple murder/suicide.
People having adverse reactions to antidepressants think everyone around them are “mentally ill” and need to be medicated. This man owned a pharmacy with easy access to meds and associated with docs who hand them out like candy – I say that because the large majority of docs prescribe these deadly drugs this way. The first pharmacy to pull the first new designer SSRI antidepressant off their shelves was in Florida after one of the pharmacists, the wife, attempted suicide while on Prozac. But the other pharmacist, her husband, remained on the drug thinking he was okay in spite of her warnings, until he walked in the TV room one day and shot himself in front of his wife and children!
