Natalie Carpenter, 18, Arrested for Planning Two School Shootings
And She Threatened Columbine
Today, April 20, 2014, is the 15th Anniversary of the Columbine School Shooting. And this week it was announced on CBS in Denver that the threat made against Columbine last September was made from a cell phone owned by Natalie Carpenter – an 18 year old girl in Connecticut. She was arrested in March for planning to shoot up Danbury and Stratford high schools in Connecticut to get back at students she believed bullied her.
My first question would be “Was she depressed after the Sandy Hook shooting and given an antidepressant for that – the same drugs behind the majority of school shootings – the same drugs that list “homicidal and suicidal ideation” as side effects which are almost double for those her age?”
We have only had one case of a teenage girl who was the shooter in a school shooting incident and that was Elisabeth Bush, 14, who shot her best friend a Catholic school in PA, while under the influence of Paxil. Reports have been increasing of more and more females commiting violent crimes – something I have been trying to get people to see for some time. Since the introduction of SSRI antidepressants we have continued to see more and more cases of violence with women as the perpetrators. And woman began committing very violent suicides unlike what had been seen in the past.

WITHDRAWAL WARNING: In sharing this information about adverse reactions to antidepressants I always recommend that you also give reference to my CD on safe withdrawal, Help! I Can’t Get Off My Antidepressant!, so that we do not have more people dropping off these drugs too quickly – a move which I have warned from the beginning can be even more dangerous than staying on the drugs!
The FDA also now warns that any abrupt change in dose of an antidepressant can produce suicide, hostility or psychosis. These reactions can either come on very rapidly or even be delayed for months depending upon the adverse effects upon sleep patterns when the withdrawal is rapid!
